These are the IPCC 4th Assessment A2 scenario temperature shapefiles for region 2. Region 2 includes New Jersey and New York. There is one shapefile for each of the years 2010, 2020, 2030, 2040, 2050, 2060, 2070, 2080, 2090 and 2099.

Note that some internet browsers may ask you for the username and password a couple of times.
Your username and password will be good for the next 2 days so be sure to download your shapefiles as soon as possible.
